Dr. Hanjun Yang

Dr. Hanjun Yang graduated from Brown University in May 2021. His Ph.D research focused on the structure and optical properties of lead-based and lead-free perovsktie nanomaterials. Dr. Yang joined Purdue University in 2022 as Lillian Gilbreth Postdoctoral Fellow, under the advisory of Prof. Letian Dou (Chemical Engineering) and Prof. Libai Huang (Chemistry). His research interests focus on developing novel two-dimensional nanomaterials and characterizing their structural evolutions and light coupling using ultrafast spectroscopy. Dr. Yang loves to apply his hard-earned chemistry degree in cooking and caffeinated drinks.
